Job Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate terms and conditions and contract clauses with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Quantity measurement, costing, and estimation for both pre-contract and post-contract.
- Track changes to the Design/ Construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Price or forecast the cost of different materials required for the project.
- Evaluate progress payment and VOs, cost-benefit analysis, and perform variation order.
- Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in a timely manner.
- Resolve dispute with stakeholder's finalization of project account.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with 2 years in leading tender teams.
- Proficient in Standard Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS)
- Proficient in Cubicost.
- Knowledge in contract law and SOP Act.
- Experience in project with contract value in excess of $100 million.
