Job Description
- Receive incoming call
- Manage incoming & outgoing mails/parcels
- Meeting and Training room booking management up to date & tidiness
- Attend to client request of ordering office supplies
- Conference call arrangement as request
- Courier service incoming and outgoing delivery account update
- Issuance Name cards for client
- Client PR/PO Issuance & Follow up with vendor Invoices
- Greet Visitor/Vendor and ensure they been briefed on the safety and given them a copy of safety booklet
- Ad-hoc duties from client to handle finance administrative duties
- Assist with process and procedure training..
- Support workplace requests received by client representatives.
- Support the facility management team to ensure the successful
- competition of client facility needs
- To be attuned with customer, build and establish relationship with stakeholders across all levels
- Manages Customer and Client Communication with a high level of professionalism, comprehension of facilities needs and emotional intelligence
- Perform stocktake for pantry food item.
- Police the clean desk policy.
- Adhoc responsibilities assigned by Community Manager.
- Visitor / Contractor Card held at reception - ensuring these are used rarely and returned immediately
- Handle multiple soft services vendors to ensure all services done on time as required, this include soft follow up on invoices
