JOB DESCRIPTION
- Reporting to the Operations Head.
- Carry out day to day operation.
- Develop staff capability and team-spirit
- Build relationship with client.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Carry out day to day operation.
- Be proficiency in the operations
- Plan and carry out manpower arrangement
- Conduct team briefing and feedback session
- Attend promptly to emergency situation.
- Liaise closely with admin staffs regarding all payment issues.
- Obtain incident report/ statements
- To process notification/cessation of employees
- To ensure job site data base is accurate.
- Actively conduct recruitment to reduce the risk of manpower shortage.
2. Develop staff capability and team-spirit
- Induct and conduct on-the-job training for new staff
- Instil discipline and teamwork operations worker
- Identify skills-gaps and create learning opportunities to close skills-gaps or enhance current capability.
- Provide coaching or counselling to staff.
- Conduct performance review for operations staff.
3. Build relationship with client.
- Initiate periodical meeting with client to discuss; provide/receive feedback on operation issues and quality of work
- Offer suggestions to client to enhance the services
REQUIREMENTS
1. Able to work after office hours.
2. Able to work 6 days weekly.
3. Enjoy working with people.
4. Able to communicate well with people.
5. PC literate, proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
