Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with fellow Stylists on the Sales Team to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring continued sales and high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct sales appointments with brides, engaging with them to understand their needs and recommend suitable gowns/packages.
- Coordinate with Seamstresses to ensure proper gown fittings for customers.
- Work with the Supervisor to address and resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, identifying root causes, proposing effective solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Respond professionally and promptly to all customer emails, messages, and calls, ensuring all requests are documented and addressed.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and mindset.
- Strong team player in a start-up environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or front-end sales, ideally from the hospitality or service industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Keen interest in fashion and styling.
- Minimum degree or diploma in any field.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Meticulous, fast learner.
