Senior Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking, B2B in the food industry)
This incumbent is responsible for serving customer accounts and delivering sales volume to meet targeted sales growth, including but not limited to upselling new or existing products to existing or potential customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- To proactively identify and develop a win-win sales strategy with new and potential customers
- Prepare sales forecast, monitor sales volume and revenues for the assigned key accounts
- Understand customer/market needs and provide management and team with the necessary information to drive further strategy and product development
- Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer relations, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for areas of responsibility
- Preparing tenders and negotiating with key accounts to secure tenders
- Offer effective pricing to win new business and sustain profitable growth
- Co-ordinate and maintain good communication and working relationships with internal stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree qualification
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Japanese (both written and speaking) as this position requires the incumbent to liaise with Japanese-speaking customers
