Job Description
- Answer and direct phone calls and provide polite and professional communication
- Implement clerical duties and administrative processes, reply to email, telephone, or face-to-face inquiries
- Prepare and monitor invoices and payment vouchers
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Organize and book travel arrangements for all employees
- Coordinate office procedures and resolve administrative problems
- Maintain up-to-date employee work permit and training courses
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office
- At least one years of experience in the field or in a related area
- High school, college, Master Degree or equivalent
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
