Roles & Responsibilities


Job Description

  • Answer and direct phone calls and provide polite and professional communication
  • Implement clerical duties and administrative processes, reply to email, telephone, or face-to-face inquiries
  • Prepare and monitor invoices and payment vouchers
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Organize and book travel arrangements for all employees
  • Coordinate office procedures and resolve administrative problems
  • Maintain up-to-date employee work permit and training courses

Requirements


  • Proficient in MS Office
  • At least one years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • High school, college, Master Degree or equivalent
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
