Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets by:Identifying new projects from both new and existing subscribers.
- Conducting sales presentations and negotiations.
- Preparing security designs and proposals.
- Securing contracts to meet individual sales targets agreed upon with the Account Manager.
- Manage post-sales activities by:
- Providing customer service and managing customer relationships.
- Coordinating the installation of secured contracts, including telephone line applications.
- Collaborating with Technical teams to ensure installation and commissioning are completed on time and meet customer expectations.
- Following up on payment status with customers.
- Participating in customer rapport programs as agreed by the Customer Service Department.
- Handle sales-related tasks by:
- Gathering and sharing valuable market information, including insights on competitors.
- Engaging in marketing and new business development activities as assigned by the Account Manager.
- Ensure overall safety performance during daily tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with 1-2 years of direct sales experience in the service industry.
- Pleasant, motivated, and organized self-starter with strong written, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to build professional relationships at all levels.
