Job Scope:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Executive to lead communications, community outreach, volunteer management, patient advocacy, and event planning efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mass communications and a proven track record in managing comprehensive communication strategies, engaging with communities, coordinating volunteers, and executing impactful advocacy initiatives and events. This role requires excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a passion for driving positive change through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.


Job Responsibilities:

Communications Management:

· Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance organizational visibility and stakeholder engagement.

· Manage social media content and oversee the production of publications, including press releases, annual reports, and factsheets.

· Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all communication channels.


Community Outreach and Volunteer Management:

· Design and execute community outreach programs to engage and educate target audiences.

· Recruit, train, and manage company’s Advocates (300 records) to support various organizational initiatives and events through HEAL programme and initiatives.

· Foster a positive and inclusive environment for volunteers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and that they are well trained to help our nursing teams in the wards, clinics and with teams which work at other settings in the community.


Advocacy and Stakeholder Engagement:

· Lead advocacy efforts to promote organizational causes and influence public policy.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and community leaders.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and joint initiatives.


Event Planning and Execution:

· Plan and execute high-profile events, such as corporate events, public education roadshows and campaigns, ensuring successful outcomes.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage event logistics and deliverables.

· Develop event-related materials, including media releases, factsheets, and administrative programs for staff and VIPs.


Project Coordination and Reporting:

· Oversee the procurement of service partners and vendors, as well as the development and management of project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on project outcomes and impact.

· Ensure compliance with grant requirements and complete necessary documentation for reimbursement.


Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in mass communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

· At least two years’ experience in communications, community outreach, volunteer management, advocacy, and event planning.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, and other relevant software.

· Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

· Experience in developing and managing budgets and financial documentation.


Preferred Skills:

· Experience in organizing events and planning outreach.

· Knowledge of the non-profit sector and public sector issues.
