Job Description
- Working closely other team which involve nurses, allied health professionals
- Ensure timely delivery of patient care duties
- Perform diagnosis and prescribing of medication according to patient conditions
- Ensure timely follow up with patients conditions and perform return visits when required
- Ensure up to date clinical knowledge
- Participate in outreach and health promotion program
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Recognized medical degree by Singapore Medical Council
- Full Registration with Singapore Medical Council
