Job Responsibilities
- Handle quotation, cost estimation and pricing with contractors
- Prepare profit & loss for projects
- Manage all project cost control from initial calculations to final figures
- Evaluating Contractor’s proposal and specifications
- Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims & progress payments, VO & finalization of accounts
- Site supervision & coordination with subcontractors to ensure smooth progress of work
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
- 3 years and above experience as QS in main-con companies
- Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
- Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point & AutoCAD drafting
- Able to communicate fluently in English & Mandarin (in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking associates)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work as a team
- Ability to communicate with people at all level and be meticulous with an eye for details
- 5.5 days (9am - 6pm) (Alternate Saturday)
- Salary range offered: $2500-$4500
