- Managing employees, including sales team members

- Possess an in depth knowledge of the brand and collection for each region providing product knowledge to all teams in the field
- Review and discuss Financial and Brand/ Class market share analysis highlighting areas of opportunity
- Partner with wholesale retailer to understand their financial plan in relation to our brand targets
- Responsible for driving the sales for all wholesale shop doors along with high volume and visible locations
- Initiate sales strategies to bring sales awareness to all wholesale shop locations
- Manage all quarterly meetings for regional managers, shop managers and specialists
- Partner with Corporate Merchandise Manager along with Visual/Sales Coordinators to ensure directives are effectively rolled out in each department store to drive sales
- Responsible for conducting all training for department store shop managers
- Utilize and manage the use of weekly sales reports to track, analyze and communicate business results and provide insight and feedback by account, by door to the sales team
- Manage and train product performance observations and offer feedback to Account Executives
