Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for air compressors, blowers, and vacuums.
- Assist customers with product selection, system design, and configuration based on their specific requirements.
- Address technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure optimal product performance.
- Analyze customer requirements and process conditions to recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Develop and present technical proposals and product recommendations to clients.
- Conduct site visits and perform assessments to gather information for accurate product recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant technical support / application experience in industrial products
- Must have experience in Vacuum
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical solutions and support.
