Job Description
- Oversee company daily operations
- Achieve and manage overall operational metrics and sales goals
- Ensure store compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Set and continuously review Quality Performance Standards; regularly assess product quality and research new suppliers for both local and international outlets; identify and recommend improvements for services and processes.
- Evaluate and improve current operational systems
- Deliver exceptional service and optimize customer satisfaction; respond promptly and accurately to customer complaints; train both new and existing employees in proper customer service techniques
- Motivate and manage team performance to achieve overall targets and business objectives
- Manage logistics resources and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Ensure adherence to sanitation and safety regulations
- Oversee store facelifts and major renovations
- Track performance against operational goals and establish reporting and audit processes to analyze operational effectiveness
- Apply project management skills and provide updates on store readiness
- Control operational costs, identify opportunities for reducing waste, and maintain efficiency metrics
- Provide detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
- Implement policies and procedures for Business Continuity to sustain future store operations
- Handle special projects as required
