Job Scope
- Develop and implement regional operations strategies to ensure alignment with the company's overall business objectives and strategies.
- Oversee daily operations within the region to ensure efficient warehouse, logistics, and distribution operations. Manage and optimize warehousing, transportation, and supply chain processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Recruit, train, and manage regional team members to ensure efficient team operations and professional growth. Provide team guidance and support to enhance team morale and job satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance indicators to identify and resolve operational issues. Develop and implement performance improvement plans to ensure operational goals are met.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met promptly.
- Oversee and manage regional inventory to ensure appropriate inventory levels and avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Develop and control regional operating budgets, conduct cost analysis and control. Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial reports.
- Ensure regional operations comply with local laws and company policies, conducting necessary compliance checks. Manage safety and environmental standards to ensure workplace safety and health.
- Lead and coordinate projects within the region to ensure projects are completed on time and achieve expected results. Manage project budgets and resources, resolving issues during project execution.
- Regularly report operational status to senior management, including performance data, issues, and improvement plans. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with other departments and teams.
Requirement
- Degree or Master in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 – 8 years related experience in team building, corporate management, employee training, employee performance management, customer service awareness.
- Proficient in ERP / SAP systems is an advantage.
