Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Responsible for the facilitation of projects from planning to delivery by ensuring accurate preparation and execution of all project activities in accordance with both company and statutory requirements
- Manage scheduling and programming including labour and resources to ensure projects meet time, cost, safety and quality objectives
- Strategically plan and execute risk identification and change management
- Chair WSH committee and attend site meetings with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure regular reporting and effective communication of project information
- Lead and manage all staff on-site, ensuring proper execution of project operations to meet objectives and targets
- Establish and implement controls to ensure that safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
- Monitor, control and coordinate site works with the operations team as well as contractors
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, consultants and contractors
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in / Structural Engineering / Construction Management or its equivalent
- Minimum 10 years relevant working experience
- Able to manage teams well and meet project timelines
- Willing to take over weekend duty
- Willing to do site visit frequently
