Course Administrator

St. John Singapore

  • Maintains an updated list of Lecturers and Examiners pertaining to the Training Centres for the purpose of planning and organisation of courses in the centre.
  • Attends, monitors and responds to all correspondences pertaining to courses received by the centre.
  • Ensures prompt dispatch of course confirmation letters/emails to participants, lecturers and examiners.
  • Plan and Implement the annual workplan for course schedules of the centre, with quarterly review and prior one monthly updates of the courses under the charge of the centre.
  • Ensure the proper and complete registration of participants for new courses and collection of course fees and other administration related to the course administration processes of the centre
  • Ensure that the payment invoices for all the courses conducted in the training centre and off-site are duly and timely issued for payment prior to the commencement of the courses and participant’s application for subsidies via the TP Gateway.
  • Ensure prompt submission all monies/cheques received to the HQ Finance Department, at the earliest opportunity including monitoring of the AccPac and TP Gateway systems.
  • Maintains an inventory of all manikins, audio/video teaching materials and slides including its record of movements.
  • Ensures adequate stocks of First Aid manuals, triangular bandages, face shields, and other training aids related to the training courses organised by the training centre.
  • Maintain and conducts checks on stocks of First Aid manuals, triangular bandages, face shields, face masks, etc.
  • Administers proper co-ordination of courses and examinations conducted at the respective training centre as well at off-site premises organized by the centre.
  • Ensure timely submission of TP Gateway data:
  1. Learner name list
  2. Learner personal data
  3. Learner exam result
  4. Class schedule
  5. Class information
  6. Class attendance
  • · Monitor and conduct regular review for timely reaction to Aging Report status
  • · Any other administrative function when assigned by Manager

Jurong East


Work Hours :

Mon to Thur - 8.30 am to 6:00 pm

Fri - 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Alternate Sat - 8.30 am to 12.30 pm
