Responsibilities:
- Developing project plans, including the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Tracking project progress, identifying deviations from the plan, and preparing regular progress update for stakeholders.
- Facilitate the reconciliation of Finance records and data between legacy systems and the Cumulus system to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements for the Cumulus Finance system, following the Cumulus global template and workbooks.
- Work with the IT team to build a data pipeline between the legacy systems and Cumulus for seamless data transfer and integration.
- Participate in user testing activities to ensure the functionality and usability of the Cumulus system.
- Support change management activities to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the Cumulus system.
- Set up frameworks, processes, templates and approving authorities for key finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivables (fees and charges), asset management, tax reporting and financial reporting (month-end and year-end), that are aligned with the Finance Government Instruction Manuals and Statutory Board Financial Reporting Standards
Requirements:
- Experience in managing key finance functions and preparation of full set of accounts
- Experience in data migration and system implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and prior experience in Workday will be an added advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
