Responsibilities:
Renewals/New Line of Covers
- To achieve team sales goal and meet growth targets.
- To assist in developing new avenue of business
- To build and develop existing relationship with intermediaries
- To ensure quotations are issued within TAT of 48 hrs.
- To ensure accounts are serviced appropriately
Team Management
- Achieve renewal OPAT targets
- Achieve due premium target
- Ensure renewal invitation issued to customers 6 weeks prior to expiry date
- Ensure customer enquiry and complaints responded within: 24 hours for verbal & email/48 hours for written.
- Record and co-ordinate with the operations team to effectively resolve all customer complaints.
- Set targets and ensure equitable work distribution amongst team members
- Monitor and manage team members’ performance and results
- Train and develop team members to achieve maximum efficiency
- Lead, support and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Advise management on anticipated renewal issues & recommend solutions
Management Support
- To work with Head of Sales & Marketing in formulating plans/strategies to meet sales targets for each financial year
Projects
- To collaborate with relevant departments to manage projects
Requirements:
- Education – Bachelors Degree
- Experience – minimum 5 years related industry experience with 2 years supervisory
- Certifications/licenses – HI, M5 and M9
