- Liaison between sales/customer and all relevant internal teams
- Process all inbound escalations from the BID Sales Team email and/or phone call
- Effectively communicate resolutions direct to end-customers
- Support sales team on Quotes & Order resolution.
- Coordinate with customer service and accounting team to resolve any issues related to invoicing such as credit block.
- Regular and proactive in working with sales team to gather update on any new developments in the marketplace, for example: competitor behaviors, product issues, customer changes, wins or potential misses and report in monthly sales meeting.
- Special Price Request support
- ITQ/Tender Documents and ensure timely submission and documentations
- Supply center store stock and maintenance management.
- Demo logistics arrangement.
Requirement
- Min Degree in any courses
- Min 2 to 3 years of sales support / customer service / order Fulfiment exp
