Job Description:
Job Purpose:Design and develop test programs for new products and manage related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop ATE test programs and final test loadboards/probecards.
- Perform characterization testing and define test specifications and criteria.
- Program ATE using C++/VB and scripting; debug tests and analyze RMAs.
- Monitor production test yields and establish cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and manage product test plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Conduct test reviews, approve test program releases, and improve processes.
- Adapt to ongoing changes and perform additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years in ATE test program development (C++/VB).
- Experience with test HW development (loadboards/probecards) and testers (Teradyne, Chroma).
- Strong project management and people management skills.
