Job Description:
IT Support & Infrastructure:
- Manage and support IT infrastructure for shore and sea-based assets.
- Oversee hardware and software issues, installations, and updates.
- Manage connectivity, asset lifecycle (procurement to disposal), and IT policies.
- Collaborate with vendors and Systems Manager for user support and incident resolution.
- Conduct routine checks and tests on hardware and software.
Cyber Security:
- Implement and manage security software and policies across systems.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and manage a cybersecurity incident response framework.
Requirements:
- Expertise in deploying and managing desktops, laptops, M365 Business Suite, and security solutions.
- Strong vendor management skills and understanding of networking, cloud infrastructure, and MDM.
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial role.
