Job Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze operational data to review KPIs and suggest process improvements.
- Update and maintain departmental documentation, including SOPs
- Conduct in-house training sessions.
- Investigate service gaps and instances of non-compliance, recommending and implementing remedial actions.
- Conduct tests on operational systems to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support departmental functions.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Statistics / Business Administrative or related discipline
(Other qualifications with relevant experience may be considered) - Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
