Job Scope:
As an Event Project Executive, your primary responsibilities include:
Pre-Event Planning:
- Manage client expectations and communicate effectively to ensure event requirements are met
- Coordinate with external vendors to obtain quotes and proposals
- Research and recommend media solutions for webcasts
- Assist in conceptualizing and proposing event concepts
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to delegate inquiries via email
Event Execution:
- Oversee on-site event setup, including welcoming reception and guest registration
- Ensure seamless execution of event logistics, including vendor management and budget maintenance
Post-Event Evaluation:
- Design and distribute survey forms to gather feedback from attendees
- Analyze feedback and provide insights for future event improvements
Collaboration:
- Work closely with senior staff to deliver exceptional client servicing
- Participate in team meetings to share knowledge and best practices
