Roles & Responsibilities
- Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
- Good knowledge of Government legislations (MOM, CPF and IRAS)
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct new employee orientations and manage the onboarding process.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate and assist for project deployment.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
- Organize and maintain personnel files and ensure confidentiality.
- Timely renewal and cancellation of work permits for foreign workers.
- Carries out work permit applications, renewals and cancellations of foreign workers in a timely manner;
- Follows up with purchase or cancellation of workers’ bond guarantees;
- Any other HR functions as assigned
Requirements:-
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business or HR Management or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience is required.
- Understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin to interact with Chinese speaking employees.
- Possess integrity, “Can Do” attitude with passion and a global mindset
- Able to work overtime as required.
- 5 days’ work in office.
