You will be responsible for the full spectrum of the finance, budgeting and reporting functions of SingHealth Fund (SHF). You will assist the Manager in the preparation and analysis of consolidated SHF sub-accounts on financial reports and budget for Board/Committee meetings. Your duties will also include timely tracking of grant commitments, utilisation and uncommitted funds for SHF-Foundation and monthly reconciliation of fund balances. Additionally, you will provide corporate secretariat work such as liaising with members on meetings schedules, attendance, circulation of meeting papers circulation and preparation of meeting minutes. You will ensure compliance with SingHealth Fund policies and procedures, Charities Act and Regulations, Financial Reporting Standards and statutory reporting requirements.
Requirements:
- ACCA or Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accountancy with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Preferably with experience in charitable governance and fund accounting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications for data analysis and presentations
- Good written and communications skills
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Meticulous and with an analytical mind
- Responsible, independent and resourceful in a dynamic environment
- Ability to multi-task
