Job description
Engage and build rapport to gather early feedback and provide support.
Attend to enquiries and work with the technical team to provide a prompt response.
Empathize with customers, and offer clear and relevant advice.
Perform customer feedback survey via tele-calls, emails and WhatsApp regularly.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and resolutions, and update. customer records as necessary.
Provide assistance to customers as required.
Requirements
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong inter-personal communication abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is mandatory
- Proficient in MS Office
