Responsibilities
- Attending to customer enquiries & handling incoming call
- Prepare quotation, process customer order
- Follow-up on outstanding payment upon job completion.
- Providing administrative support to the department.
- Ad hoc duties when required.
Requirements
- Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business / Supply Chain or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of related working experience
- Prior experience in spare parts industry or having spare parts knowledge will be a huge plus
