Duties / Scope of Work

  • To key in warehouse operation data into the Warehouse Management System /Inventory system accurately and timely. Keep the WMS system up to date on a daily basis.
  • To respond and follow up on enquiries by customers.
  • To coordinate with all customers on the inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all schedules are met.
  • To perform and support weekly cycle count, monthly or yearly inventory count.
  • To have proper filing of warehouse documentations, as well as handling equipment servicing records etc.
  • To perform daily pick, pack and transportation arrangement.
  • To perform any other tasks assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Min “O” Levels and above
  • Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and experience in WMS (Preferred)
  • Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, meticulous and attention to details
  • Working days: 5.5 days
  • Willing to work at Pioneer (West area)
  • Ability to work shift as and when required (Shift allowance entitled)
  • Able to be on 24x7 on call standby service as and when required
