Working hour: Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm & Saturday from 9am to 1 pm
Salary : up to $2800 per month (included allowance)
Location: Pasir Panjang MRT
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general customer support by managing customer service hotline
- Handling customer complaints.
- Answer customer questions.
- Documenting customer interactions.
- Escalate customer issues to Sales Account Manager (Post-Sales) if is existing customers.
- Receive customer service inquiries and direct to new sales opportunity to Sales Account Manager (Pre-Sales).
- Checking products or service availability.
- Keep and update records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents and follow up to ensure all resolutions are completed.
- Ad-hoc tasks allocated by Director, Sales.
Requirements:
- Able to commit 5.5 days per week
- Prior customer service experience will be added advantage
- Good communication skill
