Responsibilities
- Upload sales files and send out insurance documents
- Submit customers’ GIRO for the Bank’s approval
- Perform billing and reconciliation process
- Create commission reports for relevant departments and liaise with Finance for payment
- Check policy applications from the system
- Liaise with policyholders on returned mails and update customer records
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Process and monitor policy renewal payments
- Perform AML name screening and Bankruptcy screening check
- Prepare customer opt-out lists on a regular basis
- Maintain stationery supplies in the division
- Check invoices against delivery orders and submit for approval and processing of payments
- File correspondences, forms and other documents
- Undertake any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Possession of General Insurance Certification &/or Certification on Health Insurance will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organized and Meticulous
