Responsibilities

  • Upload sales files and send out insurance documents
  • Submit customers’ GIRO for the Bank’s approval
  • Perform billing and reconciliation process
  • Create commission reports for relevant departments and liaise with Finance for payment
  • Check policy applications from the system
  • Liaise with policyholders on returned mails and update customer records
  • Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Process and monitor policy renewal payments
  • Perform AML name screening and Bankruptcy screening check
  • Prepare customer opt-out lists on a regular basis
  • Maintain stationery supplies in the division
  • Check invoices against delivery orders and submit for approval and processing of payments
  • File correspondences, forms and other documents
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Possession of General Insurance Certification &/or Certification on Health Insurance will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Organized and Meticulous
  • Collaborative and a Team-Player
