Responsibilities:
Business Management:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bridal studio, ensuring a pleasant experience for clients at each stage.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Sales Leadership:
- Act as the primary salesperson, promoting and selling our wedding package services, ensuring successful deals during the consultation stage.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a diverse team, including salespersons, photographers, make-up artists, graphic designers, seamstresses, and support staff.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
Operational Planning:
- Plan and execute day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
- Maintain visibility on studio activities, including pending orders and fulfillment status.
Process Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement efficient processes for gown selection, fitting, alteration, and other studio services.
- Ensure seamless coordination between various departments, including photography, make-up, and alterations.
Event Management:
- Coordinate participation in wedding shows exhibitions, representing the company and showcasing our services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging displays and promotional materials.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Ensure a positive and memorable experience for clients throughout their engagement with our services.
Timely Management:
- Ensure tasks are completed on time at each stage, including business negotiations, gown selection appointments, photography sessions, and product delivery.
