- Working hours: 9.00am to 6.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Invoices: Ensure that all invoices are posted timely in the accounting system.
- Handle Payments: · Process claims, reimbursements and suppliers’ invoices and handle bi-monthly payment cycle.
- Reconcile Accounts: Matching invoices to Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO) and receipts, resolve discrepancies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all transactions.
- Reporting: Assist with monthly financial reports and audits.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum Degree in Finance or Accounts
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
