Job Description


The Livestream Admin will play a crucial role in supporting our retail store operations by managing and executing livestream events on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. This role involves preparing and overseeing livestream operations, providing product information support to hosts, and ensuring a seamless and engaging online experience for our audience.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Livestream Preparation and Management:

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate livestream events across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

- Set up and test livestream equipment, ensuring high-quality audio and visual output.

- Create and manage livestream content calendars and promotional materials.


2. Host Support:

- Provide hosts with comprehensive product information, including key features, benefits, and selling points.

- Assist hosts in creating engaging and interactive livestream content.

- Troubleshoot any technical issues during livestreams and provide real-time support.


3. Retail Store Integration:

- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure product availability and accurate information.

- Update and manage product listings and descriptions for livestream events.

- Monitor and analyze livestream performance, gathering feedback to improve future events.


4. Social Media Management:

- Promote upcoming livestreams across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

- Engage with viewers during and after livestreams, responding to comments and questions.

- Track social media metrics and report on performance, providing insights and recommendations.


5. Administrative Support:

- Maintain accurate records of livestream schedules, performance data, and content.

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support retail store operations.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience with TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram livestreaming and social media management.

- Strong understanding of retail operations and product information.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and collaborate with hosts.

- Proficient in using livestreaming equipment and software.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and troubleshoot technical issues.

- Creative mindset with a keen eye for engaging content and audience interaction.

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
