- Serve food and beverages to guests while maintaining high service standards.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide menu recommendations.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Process payments and manage billing accurately.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of Italian cuisine is a plus.
