Job Description

  • Develop, implement and maintain advanced methods, operation sequences, and process for the fabrication of gas distribution system components.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure the successful release of product improvements and new system designs.
  • Lead the launch, approval, implementation, and documentation of engineering change requests to support design engineering and production operations.
  • Estimate manufacturing costs, define time standards, and provide tooling and process recommendations to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manufacturing costs while improving product quality through rigorous analysis and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with test engineering to design and develop test fixtures, and assist in coordinating test fixture sourcing activities.
  • Collect operational and test data, evaluate results, and take corrective and continuous improvement actions to optimize system performance.
  • Evaluate work methods, procedures, and policies, actively contributing to the development and maintenance of streamlined business processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide comprehensive failure analysis reports for issues encountered during assembly and testing of systems, with a focus on New Product Development projects.
  • Perform Process Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis, ensuring robust quality processes are in place.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as Solidworks and Autocad.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and analysis.
  • In-depth understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control in semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-driven and able to work independently.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations specific to semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
