We are looking for a reliable and motivated driver who will undertake the day-to-day delivery jobs to and fro assigned areas.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and liaise with Operations team for pickup and drop off goods.
- Ensure timely collection and delivery of goods to customer.
- Ensure goods picked up are in accordance with the delivery order.
- Ensure products are effectively protected from damages during delivery.
- Ensure simple documentation for deliveries.
- Loading / Unloading of goods.
- Safety and upkeep of assigned vehicle.
- To report immediately to your immediate superior of any problem encountered.
- Perform other operational support and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans preferred.
- Candidate needs to possess class 4 driver license.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, good sense of urgency and works independently.
- Mature, extrovert and pleasant disposition, takes initiative and is self-motivated.
- Drive in a safe manner at all time and adhering to traffic rules & regulations stated in the Road Traffic.
- Familiar with Singapore roads and use of navigation apps.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to communicate with external parties.
- 5.5 days work week.
- Working Hours: 8am-5pm Weekdays / 8am-1pm Saturday.
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
- Willing to Travel to Changi Airfreight Centre
