Individual to be involved in:
1. Manage and maintain existing client relationships
2. Oversee the issuance, renewal, and cancellation of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
3. Assist clients with the claims process, from filing to resolution, ensuring timely and fair settlements
4. Monitor account performance, including premium payments, policy adjustments, and commission tracking
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and account activities. Prepare regular reports for management
6. Work closely with underwriters, claims adjusters, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
