Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Compliance
- Position Title: HR Administrator
- Working Location: work fom home, shift work
- Working Hours: 30 hour work week, 6 hours per day
- Duration: 1 to 2 years contract
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with administration tasks such as expense claims and applications for work permits and employment passes.
- Complete and submit forms to external agencies like CPF Board, Income Tax Department, SDF, and Mindef.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal files.
- Prepare documents for new hires.
- Respond to employee queries about leave entitlements, pay rates, company doctor procedures, and other HR matters.
- Administer salaries by calculating pay, including overtime and deductions, and process monthly payroll accurately.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- O levels, Diploma, with a minimum 5 years of related working experience.
- Diligent in being careful in all your tasks
- Able to work effectively with regional teams
- Able to communicate verbally and in written form to our Taiwanese speaking clients.
- Dependable and responsive team member.
