Responsibilities
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filling, scanning, sorting / compiling of documents.
• Preparation of invoices and payment vouchers.
• To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
Requirements
· Able to communicate effectively in English
· Minimum N Level / O Level
· PC literate in MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Manage full set of Accounts.
