Responsibilities:
Create innovative and intuitive design solutions that simplify complex financial products and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop cohesive design systems.
- Simplify complex ideas and systems, making them accessible for end-users and stakeholders.
- Lead user testing sessions, gather feedback, and refine designs based on insights.
- Produce end-to-end designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and final deliverables.
- Present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
We are seeking an end-to-end designer with a passion for turning high-level requirements into engaging and effective user experiences.
Skills/Requirement:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in UX design for enterprise-level applications.
- Strong knowledge of user journey mapping, product requirements, and UI design principles.
- Proven experience designing for desktop and mobile apps on iOS and Android platforms.
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies and working in collaborative environments.
