Main Duties
Be the front line for all visitors, prospects and customers in the showroom
Receive and forward queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
Provision of drinks and snacks to visitors, prospects and customers
Monitoring of whereabouts of all members of the sales department
Preparation of all documentation for delivery
