-To ensure the toolbox meeting is conducted for his direct workers and subcontractors and attend all toolbox
meetings early morning and Liaise with the client.
-Manage and lead the operations team.
-To monitor and control the progress of work. Oversight of all operations in the company, reporting directly to the
management making critical decisions relating to the ground management of operational assignments and
manpower deployment matters.
-Ensure all authority-related requirements are followed during the execution of work and liaise with
authorities if required.
-Manage the project scope and changes and escalate the issues
where necessary.
-To provide quality assurance to ensure all the works under his responsibility are executed in accordance with proper & established work standard procedure.
-Conduct management and project-related training for the team members, whenever required.
Monitor sub-con works and attends meetings to ensure the execution of work is smooth.
-Render support to the project manager to liaise and coordinate with other Contractors to ensure the
smooth execution of works under his -responsibility.
Be able to go to the dormitory daily and liaise with the workers and solve issues where required.
Able to work odd hours as and when required.
Any other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Engineering Degree or Equivalent.
-Excellent communication, leadership,presentation, and negotiation skills.
-A strong work ethic, willingness to work with a close management team, and ability to multitask and problem
solve and master new concepts within a short period of time. Able to move around and work as a front liner
when necessary.
-Must be pro cient in Microsoft Office.
-Experience in Project Tendering
