- To carry out design and drafting of M&E building services such as ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing and sanitary installation drawings in AutoCad
- To ensure that design meets clients’ specifications and complies with statutory requirements
- Able to perform basic calculations and sizing of M&E systems
- Diploma in Building / Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the building industry
- Proficient in Autocad skills and possess M&E design knowledge
- Knowledge / experience in BIM (Revit) will be an added advantage
- Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for senior position or as a designer
