Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and provide consultancy for environmental sustainable development projects.
- Involved in energy audit, Green Mark assessment and LEED Certification, etc.
- Collaborate with your peers and ensure all assigned projects and contractual obligation are met within timely completion schedule and ensure delivery of quality service for clients.
- Prepare tender documents for the bidding of environmental sustainable development projects
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
- Good understanding building systems.
- Proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD.
- Well versed in local codes and requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to communicate confidently and work well in a team
