Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Construction Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry and hold at least a diploma in engineering or a construction-related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with design specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues.
- Prepare and submit site reports, quality assessments, and progress updates.
- Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum diploma in engineering or construction-related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience working on construction sites.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus.
