Job Scope:
1. Coordination Work
2. Assist in Corporate Secretarial Work
3. Assist in KYC search and reports
4. Assist in general administrative work including mail handling
5. Attend to walk-in clients and general enquiries
6. Other ad-hoc task as required
7. Training is provided
8. Working hours: Mon - Fri , 9.30-5.30pm (7hrs work, 1 hr lunch)
9. Location: Paya Lebar (5 mins walk from MRT)
Requirement:
1. Hardworking and Meticulous in work
2. Willing to learn new skills
3. Experienced in administrative/coordination work preferred
4. MS Office and basic IT knowledge
5. Able to work independently
6. Salary: $2000-$2500 monthly
