- Bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities to address complex issues and propose strategic solutions
- Enthusiastic, self-driven, adaptable to change, with a hands-on approach and other qualities suited for a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in working across different functions, fostering trust and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
- High integrity and ethical standards, with a positive work history and strong attention to detail
