Responsibilities:

•Handle import, export and local shipments

•Prepare import and export permit declarations

•Ensure Job Sheets are accurately raised and completed

•Update all charges/fees incurred in delivery of services

•Responsible for the Logistic Operation (Customers, Transportation and Warehouse)

•Ensure efficient and effective scheduling and routing for delivery services

•Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior Requirements:

•Proficiency in MS Office

•Knowledge of Tradenet is an added advantage (training will be provided)

•Good written and verbal communication skills

•Independent yet a good team player



.Mobile & Transport Allowances

•Location: Tuas South (2-way transport provided at Jurong Point)

•Working days/hours: Monday to Friday / 08:45hrs to 17:30hrs

•Alternate Saturday: Work-From-Home, once-a-month from 08:45hrs to 12:45hrs

•Flexible Work Arrangement: 2 days per month
