Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily operations of Margaret Drive Outlet.
• Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations both service & kitchen.
• Maintain update records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
• Develop optimum operational plans for outlet.
• Utilizes and plan labour effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality of service.
• Ensure that all staff provide and delivery service with standard. Handle any dispute with any customer or staff issues which arise during operation hours.
• Create and maintain Standard Operations and Procedures (SOP) for the F&B business, including F&B administration and food safety and hygiene practices.
• Handle and oversee staff record, monthly sales submit reports, handling all supplies invoices & Tally staffs over time and payroll.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of business similar managerial experience, ideally in Café, Bar, Bistro casual environment
• Experience of managing department budgets, stocks and cost control
• Computer literate and with decision making skills
• Leadership quality to motivating staff relations and good customer service skill.
•Able to facilitate and orchestrate resources cross functionally to support business development activities
• Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
