- Experience in managing Info security and Datacenter projects.
- Experience with Privileged Access Management is a must.
- Lead the execution of cybersecurity projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, timeline, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) and project manager to ensure successful implementation of cybersecurity projects in compliance with security policies and standards.
- Conduct security assessments on applications, operating systems, and databases prior to onboarding security tools (PAM and DAM).
- Make recommendations to streamline privileged accounts management and monitoring processes for application and security teams.
- Oversee the onboarding of privileged accounts to the PAM tool, conduct regular reconciliations, and coordinate access reviews.
- Facilitate integration of security tools (PAM and DAM) with the SOC platform for enhanced security monitoring.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and propose budget changes as needed.
- Develop project plans and communication materials, ensuring documentation is up-to-date.
- Monitor project progress, address issues, mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Provide status reports, progress updates, and presentations to project team, sponsors, steering committee, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and monitor key performance metrics for management review.
- Deliver end-to-end cybersecurity project plans, establish processes for privileged accounts management, and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Must possess experience working on projects covering Taiwan or China regions, interacting with Chinese-speaking users / stakeholders based in Taiwan or China.
- Experience with master Gephi, Microsoft Office, Excel
- Experience with Niku (project management tool)
